Picked up a brand new @Tesla Model 3 at 1pm, got towed back to Tesla by 540pm. Car has 36 miles and already has issues 😩. Less than 3 hours. @elonmusk

My almost new Tesla getting towed, as it just stopped at an intersection. It was a big scare for whole family. Feeling lucky to be safe, and extremely disappointed at this "engineering marvel". @elonmusk @Tesla @TeslaPodcast

@jasonsbishop @Hinge_t @Tesla @elonmusk We drove it home, then at the stoplight, it just refused to drive after those errors showed up on the screen. We tried rebooting multiple times. Tesla Roadside finally answered after 30 mins, then they said we need to get towed back to SC.

@PC__LoadLetter @Tesla @elonmusk Good point. They did say they were shocked it’s already having issues. They had a loaner ready for us when we arrived in the tow truck.

@janpab @Tesla @elonmusk Not every car is perfect. But if I had to have major car problems, I'd want it to happen on day 1 (though perhaps not literally, as in your case!). It's under warranty and they'll have every reason to fix (or possibly replace) it immediately.
