After 6 days, still no call from @flyPAL when they told me they were going to call me privately to mend the situation🤦🏽‍♂️

What a day. @flyPAL cancelled our flight and we had to go through HURDLES to get help just to be hung up on multiples times; and on top of not following their “flight disruption” policies which is crystal clear on their website 🫠🙃🫨🤦🏽‍♂️
