@LauraPowellEsq Enough.everything doesn't need a day.i won't acknowledge any of it. Here's what everyone wants to be left alone and live their life need to do. Keep mouths shut, don't stir the pot, and nothing bad will happen. You don't need to make it public to live your life. Plain and simple
Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance.
Not to be confused with Trans Day of Visibility, which is in March.
Or Trans Day of Action, in June.
Yesterday was the last day of Transgender Awareness Week.
Trans Parent Day was earlier this month.
The California Legislature has declared August to be Trans History Month.
Pronouns Day is in October.
Also in October is Genderfluid Visibility Week.
Non-Binary People's Day and Non-Binary Awareness Week are in July.
October is designated as LGBTQ History Month (which was initially “Lesbian and Gay History Month.”)
And of course, LGBTQ Pride Month (formerly “Gay and Lesbian Pride Month”) is in June.
I am sure this is not an exhaustive list of days we are supposed to focus on people who reject the reality of biological sex.
BREAKING: The MAGA-controlled House of Representatives hits a new low by voting to formally authorize a sham impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden — without so much as a scrap of evidence of wrongdoing.
Every single Republican voted for this debacle.
This is a pathetic political stunt and most Americans will see right through it. Instead of passing laws to help average, hard-working voters, Republicans are attempting to smear Biden because they know that they can't debate him on the issues.
Please retweet to show you proudly stand with President Biden!
BREAKING: CNN drops bombshell on Trumper Congressman Matt Gaetz, reveals that Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and his allies are preparing to launch a counterattack against Gaetz by “expelling” him from Congress for trying to launch a mutiny against McCarthy.
CNN reports that McCarthy and his “allies have been gearing up for the fight over the speakership” and want to “neuter” the “threat” posed by Matt Gaetz and his MAGA following.
To make matters worse for Gaetz, CNN reports that McCarthy’s allies want to “hit” Gaetz “head on” by “expelling” him from Congress by using an upcoming report by the House Ethics Committee that they know will expose unprecedented corruption and ethics violations by Gaetz — presumably starting with the startling evidence that Matt Gaetz engaged in child sex-trafficking.
One Republican Congressman didn’t mince words, telling CNN, “We want Gaetz out.”
This would be a fitting ending to Gaetz political career. He tried to hold the American government hostage, and just like Donald Trump, he’s about to be out of a job.
Please retweet and ❤️ if you think that Matt Gaetz must be expelled from Congress —and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a woke new Twitter competitor that banned Trump for life and is exploding in popularity because Elon Musk banned Tribel’s Twitter account — but he forgot to ban this link to download the new Tribel app: tribel.app.link/okwPIHYCIqb
It’s time to again ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.
And let me be very clear:
If members of Congress refuse to act, then we need to elect new members of Congress who will act.
.@Homer33c just hired this person as an elementary school teacher. These are some of he/they’s posts:
Would you be comfortable with this person teaching your kids?
Launched a canvass in Montgomery County over the weekend to make sure folks get to the polls to vote NO on Issue One.
Make you plan to vote early this week – find your early voting poll location: ohiosos.gov/elections/vote…
With a new approach, I've directed my Administration to move as quickly as possible under the law to provide student debt relief to as many borrowers as possible.
We aren't wasting any time.
@greg_price11 You want to talk about taxpayer's paying for special groups of people. What about the bank and automotive industry bailouts. Those are also federal loans. What about all that bailout money going overseas. We as taxpayer's shouldn't have bear all that.
Once more, with feeling:
PPP Loans: Passed by Congress, signed into law by Donald Trump, and the purpose of them was to pay employees who would've been laid off due to the government forcibly shutting them down during covid.
Biden's student debt forgiveness: Tried to unilaterally force taxpayers to pay off the debts of a select group of people without an act from Congress.
The fact they think it's an own to point out Republicans in Congress took PPP loans so they wouldn't have to fire their employees during covid is completely ridiculous.
@laurenboebert Where do you draw the line
Banks get bail out. No problem
Automotive industry bailout. No problem
Ppp loans forgiven. No problem
Students loans forgiveness. It's a problem.
Btw I'm independent. Neither side impresses me
Biden’s $400 billion student loan bailout has been STRUCK DOWN by the Supreme Court!
Americans that paid back their student loans and Americans who never even had student loans will not be forced to payback everyone else’s student loans.
Huge victory for personal responsibility and common sense!
