@KenHeLive Prime LeBron (MVP runner up), Prime AD (DPOY runner up) with size, shooting & defense everywhere with Rondo to run backup O. They’re smoking everyone here besides the GS teams. #1 in West & #1 defense.
English

The Lakers are the clear number 3 to anyone that’s not a casual.
BetMGM 🦁@BetMGM
This Knicks team was ELITE 🔥

@_justdrew7 @TheHoopCentral @big_business_ Did I ever say that? I’m saying he’s 22 years old, the same age as college seniors. Go hang out with a 22 year old, 99% aren’t mature at all. We gotta go easier on a human who should be a senior in college. He’s not a 30 year old grown man.
English

“Appreciate y’all. See y’all…never.”
— Wemby at the end of his post-game press conference.

@TLJwasGood @UtopiaEra @flawlesstiller_ @the_chosenjuan_ @BetMGM They were the #1 seed in the West. LAKERS MISSED OUT ON HOME COURT ADVANTAGE. You think LeBron can’t win on the road or gets scared playing at home?? Dude was MVP runner up with the DPOY runner up, #1 defense and size and shooting all around them.
English

@UtopiaEra @flawlesstiller_ @the_chosenjuan_ @BetMGM I understand some people prefer basketball with 0 fans in the arena
But me personally I love it. Leads to great moments like the lebron block in game 7 of 2916 where we get to hear the crowd react
Again I understand u not liking that tho
English

@quote_icy @Eternalvacancy @NYYTyler @TheHoopCentral @big_business_ 22 is a child. There are bars that are 23 and up for a reason. He should be a college senior. A majority of college kids are emotional idiots. This is absolutely in line. Sports make people forget that these are kids. 99% of 22 year olds aren’t in the spotlight with money/fame.
English

@Eternalvacancy @NYYTyler @TheHoopCentral @big_business_ yall treating 22 like the new 14, thats a grown ass man lmfao
English

@BronCulture @nbarealist23 @TheDunkCentral Exactly. Give LeBron any all nba level teammate in their prime and he’s a Cavalier for life. Mo Williams became an all star only after joining the Cavs. If they had kept Boozer, there’s a great chance he never leaves for Miami.
English

@jmil236 @nbarealist23 @TheDunkCentral Yeah his logic only works if you’re admitting you’ll have an incompetent front office with LeBron
LeBron would’ve been a Laker his entire career if he came in with a Jerry West-led front office like Kobe did
English

Shaq says he would draft LeBron over Kobe to start a franchise
“I’d probably go with [LeBron James] because Bron — and I know this is a Kobe [Bryant] comparison — Bron had it when he came in. It took Kobe two or three years to get it. Bron had it when he came in, so I’d probably go with Bron.”
(Via nypost.com/2026/06/12/spo…)

English

@nbarealist23 @TheDunkCentral The only reason LeBron left is because the Cavs FO made stupid moves such as letting Carlos Boozer walk after LeBron’s rookie season. The moves they made while he was gone also reinforced how bad of an FO they were.
English

LeBron had a more immediate impact for sure. He reached prime/near prime by a year 2. Only Kareem was arguably more NBA ready at such a young age.
But Kobe stayed with the franchise his entire career. There was little threat of him leaving every 4-7 years.
If I'm drafting, I'm choosing the guy who will stay.
English

@Theedy239 @cptdankkk @tekprime99 He’s talking about the money you’d get solely from your investments. 60/5=12m after taxes and then you’d get 3-5% (500k range) based off what Shannon was saying.
English

NFL Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe says athletes who go broke after a $100,000,000 contract have issues
“A $100 million contract, I think everybody understands nobody's getting all $100 million of that”
“If you live in a tax free state, let's just say on the high end you paying 37% federal income tax”
“You got 60 million liquid, theoretically you put that in a fund you gonna get 5 to 8%. There'll be some years you get 10 to 12%”
“So, even if you're just getting 5% on 60 million, that's $3 million a year. If you can't live off $3 million a year, you got issues”
English

@Tekae0 @LakersDailyCom He came to the West at 34. Kobe never won another playoff series after turning 34. Since he’s came there have been 5 teams to win a title and make conference finals another year. Lakers are one of the 5. He’s been very successful.
English

@ItsKingSlime In an alternate universe Kyrie & Love don’t get hurt in 2015 and the Cavs win. Warriors go 73-9 and win 2016 title. Then in 2017/18 we have the Cavs v the Warriors, Spurs or Thunder.
English

Tristan Thompson & Richard Jefferson claim that Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, & Draymond Green would trade both of their 2017 & 2018 championships with Kevin Durant to win the 2016 finals when the Warriors had a record breaking 73-9 record 😳🔥
Tristan also says the 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers championship is the GREATEST in sports history and that Cavs team can beat any NBA team in history 💍👀
English

@HeatCulture13 This isnt an insane take. It would be Kobe winning 6-4 or 7-3 out of 10 but Wade would make him work like crazy. They had some fun matchups during the 05,06,08-10 seasons. Wade was right behind LeBron & Kobe in terms of wing players during that decade.
English

Lonzo Ball believes Prime Dwyane Wade is about EVEN with prime Kobe Bryant:
“I got D Wade at 3. Right behind Kobe. And it ain’t far. I’ll die on that hill. D Wade is giving Kobe some fits. And MJ. They’re better, but it ain’t no walk in the park. Not a prime D Wade, no. It’s even to me. Kobe’s better but it ain’t clear. Out of 10 days, he’s not getting the better of him all 10 days. I got 6-4… He has one of the best rings ever. Year 3, to take a team and be the man and get that sh*t done? I commend that.”

English

@Nate_moseby It’s by majority of minutes played by season. During his rookie year he played a majority of his minutes at the 2, and in 2022 when AD went down he played a majority of his minutes at the 5.
English

@Swis808 @CadesAttorney NBA is a lot tougher now because of CBA and play style. 3 guys used to control a series, now you can have 8th men consistently impacting games. Teams also have to breakup when they’re too talented. Those early & late 00s Lakers rosters/rings wouldn’t happen today.
English

This the same drive and kick that Kobe said was mistake basketball
Showtime Luka@showtimeluka
The 5-Out ladies and gentlemen.
English

@EddieFastFelson @picassoswork Kobe, Wade, Paul George, Kawhi, KD are all better than every single player on that list you sent.
English

@picassoswork Clyde Drexler? Mitch Richmond? Joe Dumars? Sidney Moncrief? Latrell Sprewell? Grant Hill? Glen Rice? John Starks? Xavier McDaniel? Dan Majerle? Alvin Robertson? Ricky Pierce? Steve Smith? Penny Hardaway? Along with Reggie Miller, all good players that Jordan faced.. idiot
English

His biggest comp in his position was Reggie miller please lol
Hoop Herald@TheHoopHerald
Michael Jordan would score 40-50 PPG in the modern era Every time we forget, I watch something like this and remember
English

@NutshellSportz @BrettKollmann To have Caleb Williams and Trevor Lawrence ahead of Jared Goff, Brock Purdy, Jordan Love, Jayden Daniels and maybe Sam Darnold is insane. They’re both insanely inaccurate and inconsistent.
English

Right now Baker Mayfield is the 16th-highest paid QB in the league.
No matter where you have him ranked, I'd bet it's better than 16.
Ari Meirov@MySportsUpdate
#Bucs QB Baker Mayfield says the start of training camp is his deadline for getting a contract extension done. If not, he'll play out the final year of his contract in 2026. Mayfield said the two sides are "not close" right now.
English

@NFLDraftDome Roided out of his mind and that’s why he suffered so many injuries. Hell of a player but all that muscle at his size was too much for his body to handle. Dude always left it all out on the field
