@RoyalMail Hi, i had a parcel due today, i changed it to deliver tomorrow, just had an email, it’s still coming today, can you change it? I clicked the track but accidentally changed it to if not in deliver Wednesday and I’m not in then either.

@spusu_uk hi, i got my daughter a smart watch but it’s not allowing calls from it, do you know what should be in the APN? It had a Three sim prior to yours so that may be causing an issue

@jo2107 As the email address is used for the log in, they need to be unique to each account. The email address does not need to be under the account holder’s name, it would just need to be an email address not already registered to another Flying Club account. ^Phillip

@VirginAtlantic Hi, i understand i can create a household flying club, how do i create an account for my 9yr old? Once I’ve done it can they still claim points for our flights on 10th and 26th August? If so how?

@jo2107 Hi Jo! You can register an account for children from 2yrs and older. When you do it online it will ask you to complete a parental consent form to get it fully activated. With the Points, anything within the past 6 months can be claimed. ^Phillip

@VirginAtlantic Hi, is pre selecting meals available on all flights? We were able to select on our LHR-SEA leg but i haven’t had an option yet for our return in 5 days (we’re at the back and neither of us eat mac and cheese)

@AsdaServiceTeam Hi, i had an email saying i had missed my delivery slot of 19th Aug but i had skipped it, can this be checked? also check i have skipped the slot on 26th. Also, in delivery slots mine show as Monday when it should be Tuesday, is this a glitch?
