@johnroa @jonathanmendez Wed were doing that in the late 90s. Tech has progressed so much from then. Consumer data shows you what people did. Not what they will do.

I've changed my mind about 0-party data. I was initially skeptical as to the value. Surveys and such can be misleading. What people say is often not what they do. Now I am seeing when done well, 0-party data adds rich AI ready columns to Customer360s and can fill data gaps. 💡
