If you don’t I talk about how to create an ICP for your project in this blog.
Creating an ICP is mandatory to understand your customer and their pain points so you can create a product that solves it!

JarvX got it's first paying user! 🎉
this marks the beginning of my gradual shift from b2c mobile apps to b2b saas / web apps
i truly think JarvX has the potential to get to $50K+ or $100K+ a month
whereas most of my other products (swaptok, clipfactory, mobile apps) have much lower ceilings (single feature use, AI wrappers)
exciting times ahead

@BratDotAI I’m not your ICP as I hardly go camping. However, I wouldn’t use this as I never had an issue with packing or unpacking.

@joshjfish Yeah, any thoughts on this Josh?

I’ve been quietly building this for a while, but I don’t want to build in silence anymore. I’m building CampCraft: a cozy camping checklist where your empty campsite slowly comes alive as you pack. Check off the tent → the tent appears. Pack the stove → the kitchen setup grows. Would this make trip prep more fun? It’s still early, and I want to make the campsite feel more polished, but I’d love honest feedback.

I updated DataFast's onboarding flow (aka the biggest SaaS bottleneck).
1. User adds {{website}}
2. DataFast scrapes {{website}} (⭐️ new)
3. a) Show installation tutorial for the relevant front-end
3. b) Detect troubleshooting issues like CSP headers blocking scripts
These are tiny details, but since a customer's LTV is ~$220, if it increases the conversion rate by just 0.1%, it's $2,640/year!

Day 1 of 365 of building flywheeler.io in public:
✅ 1 sale this month (however, is a friend)
✅ +10 followers on X this week and just getting started
✅ Been working on our GTM outbound engine for cold email and linkedin outreach

@LukitunXYZ I have to disagree here. I really like cursors ide as it is easier to see diffs. But using Claude models.
