We are pleased to announce Julia Ugras (@julia_ugras) as the recipient of the third, annual Seth Boyer Award for Excellence in Research. Julia was selected for her commitment to her science, collaborative spirit, and generosity. These are characteristics Seth brought to every challenge he confronted. This year was extra special, as Seth’s parents joined us in honoring Seth and reflecting on his memory.

Our @Nature study, using GPS-tracking of nutrients in humans and metabolic flux modeling, reveals how glioblastoma tumors exploit those nutrients for rapid growth.
