it seems like the massive ramp in Anthropic’s revenue was due to a single digit number of mega corps going full AI crazy and massively overspending, Meta probably being the biggest offender. AI lab revenue will obviously continue upward, but that crazy inflection in Anthropic’s numbers was likely just a temporary phenomenon due to companies racing to catch up, and not really an indicator of which lab is actually ahead

🇬🇧 ANOTHER RANDOM COWARDLY STABBING A 17-year-old girl was minding her own business when a guy randomly stabbed her in the neck. A 30-year-old man was arrested for attempted murder. The name, immigration status and other information about the attacker have not been released. The 17-year-old girl suffered a stab wound to the back of her neck and was taken to hospital for treatment. Looks like she’ll pull through.
