@thewonder777 @InPostUK Did you get this resolved? Same thing has happened to me (parcel being taken back by InPost before the deadline)... interested to know how many customers it's happened to and whether there's a consumer story here – have they got your parcel back to you?

@InPostUK have I got this right and if so are you taking the absolute piss? Had a parcel ready for collection from Friday 10th@18:47, sent back Monday 13th@06:44 which is zero fucking working days and two days total! Logged something but you cannot be bastard serious!! #notinpost

Hi @vinted. It turns out @InPostUK came and took my parcel back at 12.27pm today when the pick-up deadline was 7.22pm... i.e. 7 hours early. But instead of fixing their error and helping get it back to me they've told me I need to get in touch with you. So, can you help?

According to multiple texts and emails from @InPostUK I have until 19.22 today to collect my @vintedUK parcel, but having been to pick it up this afternoon I've been told the QR code doesn't work and there's no sign of it at the collection point. Where is it @InPostUK?

@james_wilk66436 @HalifaxBank Having the exact same problem – not been able to log into the app for several days, although works when I get a notification that I need to approve a payment. It's the same whether on wifi or 5G, and app is up to date. I can log on via desktop browser. Any solution @HalifaxBank?

@HalifaxBank Hi Paul. I’ve tried several times fully closing the app, but to no avail. I only have WiFi as out of range of mobile data coverage. Strangely, when making payments and I need to go to the app to confirm/security reasons, that works 🤷‍♂️

@HalifaxBank having issues with the online banking app. Have been getting the same message for 4 days. I currently do not have phone signal, so cannot receive OTPC if looking in through website. Very frustrating
