Our paper (w/ Christian Schmid & @brucedesmarais) on the generative dynamics of US Supreme Court citation networks is out @polanalysis. In the paper, we extend the #ERGM to work with citation networks. We find interesting network effects: transitivity, popularity, & reciprocity.
