@theinfernohippo Without all the specifics the main reason is that Starmie allows you to not play Air Balloon which means I get to play handheld Fan which helps versus Pult and Lead

@letsdrewthis Why starmie instead of lopunny, with no ruins or munki starmie seems kinda weak.

Winning Cups and Challenges with this list. It beats nearly the entire format when played optimally. I’ve solved the Dragapult ex matchup by adding Genesect; if they retreat into Budew, you target the next attachment and use Genesect for Neo Upper to lock them out of attacking.
