The most appalling experience with a @greateranglia guard at Chelmsford Station. Late night, female travelling alone, rude and unhelpful service. Shame on you.

My overnight flight from PHX to EWR with @united was literally painful. It was absolutely freezing. I was in trousers/jacket/2 blankets/scarf/socks slippers. Alerted the flight attendant to no avail. Traveling with you shouldn’t hurt.
