@currys sons Xmas present DPD failed to deliver u aasured me I would receive it Xmas Eve, never came! Chased many times ruined xmas finally arrived today. Complained & asked for delivery cost’s refund & compensation offered £20 insult as item cost £1600 appalling customer service
@BritishGas so you do it again! Parents moved into property with payg meter, in debt when they got there sorted this and set up new account, money added then today supply goes off. No heating or hot water for couple almost 70 with health issues. Once again poor service #avoid
@BritishGas well BG you’ve done it again, taken payment of £770 this month and now registered me at the wrong new home for gas when that property doesn’t even have it! Absolute joke #avoidbritishgas
@MartinSLewis I have moved home and sent British Gas meter readings they have taken the last payment of £770 with no warning! Is this ok? I’m single mum with UC top up and now only got £3 in bank til end of month!

@virginmedia absolute appalling customer service, Moving home and not able to take with me so cancelled, took over an hour and four people to sort only to find another payment been taken I was informed wouldn’t! Contacted chat online to be connected then ignored by agent
@virginmedia Just disgusting customer services, I was on the phone an hour passed through 4 different people to then be told incorrect information. Then to get in an online chat yesterday to be spoke to but ignored my questions and comments! I won’t be using virgin media ever again
@ltct79 I'm very sorry to hear this Laura, you will be charged as normal until the services are disconnected, after which you will receive a final bill which will include a credit for any services paid for but not used. ^AC
Sky glass is the worst purchase I have ever made, took 2 hours to watch a 1 hr programme tonight, had to keep restarting it on itvx (& can't f forward) now every channel states wait for programme to load then states technical fault so cannot watch anything. Absolute joke @skytv
