@stevin222 It might be that your brain does experience more arousal leading to a better focus. It might keep you up from a boredom and provide an additional stimulation. We, as humans need to optimize our level of arousal so the task isn't too easy or too hard.

i always improve faster and play better when listening to new music thats novel for my brain. is there some neuroplasticity shit going on when my brain hears something that its not used to?
