The man who says he was detained by Pima County Sheriff’s Deputies for “kidnapping” Nancy Guthrie has now been released.
He only wants to be identified as Carlos. He says he was held at the scene of the initial traffic stop for hours.

This has become common with this government.
They ram through legislation, often amid criticism that it was without consultation or collaboration with affected parties or experts, and then they have to amend their amendments to plug holes.
Why not just work with people?
