Italy is back. And Southern Italy might be one of Europe’s most overlooked geo-arbitrage plays right now. Rome, Florence, Venice, or another generic, easily interchangeable “yoga-retreat compound” in the middle of nowhere? I plan to expand my real-estate exposure there over time for exactly this reason. Imperfection, originality, and heritage may turn out to be a real currency in the future. Italy has plenty of all three.

Dont be confused by mass migration. Its very simple. Westerners do not reproduce fast enough to support forever profit of the financial elites. Workers and slaves are needed. We no longer maintain population levels. If we can not grow a stable population for exploitation than we do not deserve to exist, we will be eradicated and replaced. We are nothing but entitled brats who expect safe working conditions and pensions. Migrants do not have such expectations. We are seen as pests. You will be replaced by people who will have babies and work cheap forever. People who have no concern for politics. Slaves. The decision has long been made to replace westerners completely. Feminism/LGBT etc is injected to REDUCE our propensity to procreate and have families. Accelerant. Financial elites have zero concern for how this destabilises and destroys Europe/USA - as they are a floating structure who will always live in the most favourable places on earth regardless.
