So I had a few questions about the differences between a S&S ISA and a SIPP Here is a quick breakdown (I’ve probably missed loads) S&S ISA Tax relief - No tax relief Withdrawals - 100% tax free Access age - Any age Annual limit - £20k SIPP Tax relief - 20%+ Withdrawals - Taxed as income but 25% is tax free Access age - 55 (57 from 2028) Annual limit - £60k or 100% of your earnings (whichever is lower) Hopefully this helps

@Macca12312 @MartinSLewis Stack up your S&S ISAs every year when you can as that stays tax free. Stay liquid and pensions are definitely a debatable point, however my advice is diversifying your portfolio

@MartinSLewis Pensions based on the the continued tax penalties and IHT transfer tax implications mean there is no point putting money into a pension IMHO. Ultimately you can’t get your hands on it except 25% and if you pass it to your love ones they get hit with a near 80% tax/IHT him.
