Quartieri, Kilburn. Rich cream with strong vanilla flavouring. Little Marsala or coffee in evidence, however. Sponge too dry. A nice dessert but not ticking enough of the tira boxes. ⭐⭐

Strong amaretto coffee soaking a generous sponge. Marsala in the mascarpone cream. Rich but light. Good proportions.
It's a winner folks.

@tiramisureview not a restaurant tira but I had to give a shout out for this superb no frills example of the art. Beautifully balanced Marsala, Kahlua and espresso. Who needs a sprig of mint when it is this good?
