Dear @bt_uk - I no longer live at this address, I have attempted to close the account on numerous occasions and you are STILL taking money from my account and messaging me and sending letters to say that I owe. What does it take these days to ACTUALLY JUST CLOSE AN ACCOUNT?

The amount of @TLRailUK trains that are cancelled from Finsbury Park to Biggleswade on a weekly basis is laughable. Especially at night when you JUST wanna get home. 😡
