We wish @GoogleAds would sometimes use the same logic for negative keywords as they do for search queries. i.e. - if we add "rent" & "rental" as negatives, wouldn't google also know that "rents" is also a negative? apply the same logic. Never understood that. #ppcchat

@marksubel @MSFTAdvertising We know and are working on the combative language around account suspensions. Make sure that you appeal the account rather than setting up a new one as the second account will register as an additional fraud signal in our systems. Can you DM me the appeal case numbers?

Is there anyone at @MSFTAdvertising that can help. We've had 2 clients in the same industry (floral), that cannot set up Bing Ads because of "violations of egregious policy" They have appealed and nothing. These are florists. We have no idea. Thanks! #ppcchat

PMax for lead generation? Normally I'd say it's not ready yet but recent results have been good for one test campaign. More in the next message.

For those using Microsoft Bing Ads on smart bidding (tROAS), how does it typically compare in performance to Google Ads for the same campaigns? We typically see worse. Is that what #ppcchat folks see as well?

This is BAD! Removing the advanced location settings also got rid of the ability to do radius targeting. I guess #googleads is just trying to force us into broad regional targeting now. #ppcchat

@JamieDigitall We're seeing higher than that on some of our eComm clients. A lift in lead gen CPC's as well. In some cases, more competition, in some cases not.

What is everyone seeing in terms of CPC increases YoY? I'm seeing some accounts 12%+, it's not usually that high of an increase. (Ecom industry) How's everyone's Q4 going so far? #ppcchat
