@kittenaround_51 This is just normal. Happens after taking and taking your whole life.

@libsoftiktok At this point why would you live in NY if you could leave. They can have it.

@Math_files Why estimate? Question is looking for specific answer. This is why Trump wants to do away with department of education. These kind of teachers are protected from any accountability.

@ToscaAusten Leave. Just leave. You cant control what they do, but you control how you live your life. America is a very big country. You can go anywhere. I know is not easy, but is better than living like this

Promises made, Prices Raised
SILENCE AT CITY HALL: Mamdani’s "Affordability" Dream Becomes a $5,000 Nightmare
🏙️ And So It Begins.
Zohran campaigned with a smile, he told us a socialist in City Hall would finally stick it to the landlords. Instead, it’s the tenants getting gouged.
We’re 75 days into the Mamdani administration, and that "affordability" promise is starting to look like a cruel joke. While the .@NYCMayor stays quiet, the market is talking—and it’s saying "pay up."
📈 The Grim Milestone:
Manhattan: $5,000/month. A first-time-in-history gut punch.
Brooklyn: $4,500/month. Another all-time record.
It turns out that when you campaign on "ending" the housing crisis through massive government spending and radical rhetoric, the only thing that actually grows is your ego.
Oh, and the cost of living.
You can’t subsidize your way out of a supply problem, and you can’t tax your way to a cheaper apartment.
Bottom Line: New Yorkers voted for a "people’s mayor" to lower the rent. Instead, they got a foreign invasion, tax hikes, a silent City Hall and a
record-breaking rent check.
How’s that for "progress"? 📉🗽

@Mishi_2210 2. It says the couple when. How many kids they got has nothing to do with how many went to the park.

@guideforman Most people dont write checks anymore. Only seniors still use checks. Soon checks will be a thing of the past.
