@jordanmoore That’s such a nice thought, for sure!
I’m super hyped to try this now.
Thank you, Jordan!

@maxwschulz The MX Master is certainly very ergonomic. I'd genuinely consider buying an armchair if the ends were MX Master-shaped, it's so comfortable
English

@jordanmoore Neither of those options feels great for longer periods of time, though, so I’m looking forward to exploring more ergonomic solutions.
English

@jordanmoore That’s great to hear!
I’ll definitely try one out.
I’m in a weird situation where I either use a Magic Mouse for regular computer tasks or my Wacom Intuos Pro tablet with a stylus for photography apps like Capture One and Photoshop.

I'm super proud to publish @sariazout's Thesis essay today:
The End of Productivity
Why creativity is the new currency of success in the AI age.
@Every we love to publish big ideas from incredible thinkers—and Sari is one to watch.

@heydannymiranda Patrick McKeown and his books on the Buteyko breathing method such as “The Oxygen Advantage”
English

@jordanmoore I watched this book review by @nateliason the other day, and I feel like you’d also enjoy it in light of the thoughts and experiences you’ve written about.

@jordanmoore A true inspiration, as always.
Thank you, Jordan!

Did the usual designer thing of letting a redesign get in the way of writing something. The web really doesn't like it when you go sideways, so there may be bugs.
Anyway, some short thoughts after having adopted digital minimalism for the last 6 months - jordanm.co.uk

@itsurboyevan @every Sounds exciting! I‘d love read your thoughts on those kinds of topics on Every!
Feel free to explore and experiment!

I need your help.
As a writer, I know my readers want me covering tech. But I would loveee to find a way to analyze subjects that are outside my mandate at @every. Would y'all be interested in any of the following?
- Book reviews of art books (recent candidate would The Art of Editing by Adam Moss). Business is an art form IMO.
- Economics 101. I feel that economics is one of the most important knowledge graphs a founder can tap, but most people have rudimentary understandings. Someone (me?) should write an explainer on how it all works, with a lens on entrepreneurship
- Cinema. I love the movies and think the art form is important, misunderstood, and has many parallels to startups. However, the connection isn't explicit—I'm unsure how to connect that to my current column
- Ok actually, just books in general. I have spent so, so, so much time reading fantasy, histories, political theory, sociology, etc. All this text has fed into how I view the world (including how I view technology markets) and I would like to tell more people about them.
- Politics (scary). Do we really want David Sacks to be the guy setting the political agenda for tech? I would love for someone to go through the current policy positions of certain candidates, honestly lay out the tech implications, and tell people who to vote for.
Any interest in these topics? would you like to see them in @every? On a new blog I spin up?

@TheAnnaGat Thank you, Anna!
I‘ll send you the link immediately.

Film lighting used to be an art, really.
As with screenwriting and film editing, we're losing so much as fewer and fewer people can do it well.

Anna Gát 🧭@TheAnnaGat
@erikphoel Can't find the tweet now that used this pic to say "RIP film lighting" Seems like a lost art.
English

@TheAnnaGat Oh and btw sharing a film via Mubi does not mean that we’ll have to watch it together simultaneously, in case you were wondering. 😅
English

@TheAnnaGat @mubi It’s a Finnish film called “Fallen Leaves” from 2023 but I don't recommend watching the trailer as it gives away too much of the story.
