We met our 4th grade POD buddies last week and we had an absolute BLAST! Each partnership interviewed each other and then created a secret handshake! We can’t wait to see our buddies again! ❤️ @VaughnElemFISD

We learned about changes in matter and how heating and cooling can take a liquid to a solid and a solid to a liquid. This experiment was so much fun as we got to take a frozen popsicle and watch the heat melt it! We are LOVING our new science curriculum! ❤️ @VaughnElemFISD

Today I got the opportuntiy to watch @mceneryfirst do her thing during guided reading! This group focuses heavily on word work, and I love that she keeps the word patterns front and center as they read! Way to go Katie! #VaughnSoakUpTheSun @VaughnElemFISD

I got to see the one and only @mendyhayes do her thing in math today! Her small group targeted students who needed specific reteach on a math tool. Her whole group lesson was so interactive and engaging! She used total physical responses to review vocabulary! #vaughnsoakupthesun
