@FishboneHarp thats obvious but the difference is the frequency and intensity of these thoughts and feelings because it is absolutely not normal to have obsessive thoughts that are genuinely debilitating to ur life
English

Im sorry but these are just normal aspects of being a human

i relate to absolutely everything shes talking about so deeply

@heesesitos you are so ignorant of her illness i hope thats some comfort for you when she gets worse for not receiving help when she obviously needs it
English

@minjubb edtwt user can’t tell me how a normal person eats when they’re minding their own business. she’s eating rice w seaweed and expect her to be jumping around? girl
English

when u eat something you normally enjoy it indeed

how yall expect chaewon to be eating
English

@yazmeen_____ disorders overlap more than u think just do proper research and get help if youre able to cuz i know its hard regardless
English

@bitchwtflmaobye a lot of these are actually normal, what makes them ocd as per the video is the intensity of them and how debilitating they are in your life
English

@minjubb I relate to everything except the first one tbh
English

@velcrolezbo it literally sends me into a spiral where i somehow convince myself im the worst person ever in every area possible and my friends hate me and are pretending to like me and also everyone has done me wrong because they hate me
English

@thuhcatlady so ive just considered getting that checked out, but idk how to explain it like what if i just have severe paranoia and overthink a lot and thats it? maybe its not even worth looking at bc its not as severe as everyone else
English

@thuhcatlady but i wasnt sure since i guess most people have different obsessive thoughts but when i came across this video i was like wait i know exactly what shes talking about, those are the type of thoughts that consume me a lot of the time and i wont stop thinking about even years after
English

Clinically dxed w/a legitimate form of OCD + ppl are still insisting that’s not what this is. Even ppl w/other forms of ocd are dismissing this. Mental compulsions can absolutely destroy your life especially in conjunction w/physical ones.
-signed someone w/multiple types of OCD

@Pewserizi a cycle of thinking about something else just to go back to the thought i was having all over again until i actually manage to distract myself doing something else, sometimes its not as bad and sometimes it gets really bad idk what to make of it
English

@Pewserizi ive been diagnosed with severe anxiety for years and tbh like other people i have never been able to manage it so i force myself to not care or avoid it by thinking of something else, and im not sure thats normal for someone thats been in therapy for years, it mostly just ends in
English

@falalaaala symptoms can overlap between disorders but theyre ultimately different disorders centered around different things and triggers, this is just a subtype of ocd people struggle with, bpd is just as debilitating
