It feels like no one knows how to play the long game.

The world is smaller and more connected than you think. If you must conduct layoffs, be humane for your future success. If they are simply a cost cutting measure, please reconsider. We are creating this world together. There is no vacuum, There is no “just business.”

A lot of companies are acting with disregard to their reputations and future prosperity in the way they conduct layoffs. Similar to the conventional wisdom that there will always be an employee willing to go above and beyond, there will always be a company who gets it.

@amandanat Outdated branding! I ran rebrands at my last two agencies and trust they both needed it! We did not change the name, just the way we showed up (I.e colors, logo, website, mission statement) Ofc the original “branding” looked like someone spent 5 minutes on it…

I think a rebranding is usually a sign that a company is in serious trouble. That it’s the team’s last “hail mary.” What are some *good* reasons for rebranding?
