Here's what I think. 1. We are living in an incredibly dangerous world. A network of autocracies is now working actively to undermine the democratic world. I wrote about this in my book, Autocracy Inc. Will we fight back? penguinrandomhouse.com/books/725302/a…

@TobaccoRoadGolf @golfgetaways Still one of my favorites. Challenging, visually intriguing, frustrating, and incredibly fun. I need to go back because it demands multiple plays to really understand the course.

I've worked in campaigns for a long time, and known so many operatives in both parties. There has never been a collection of just awful human beings assembled around one candidate like the Trump campaign. Here you have a 42 year old obese incel @TheStevenCheung, who never did anything of note in politics before the Trump garbage truck picked him up, writing stuff you'd find on a bathroom wall at a truck stop. Like deadbeat dad Jason Miller, Lewandowski, Bannon. The whole crew. All of these people tried to work in presidential politics before 2016 and no one would come near them. These same freaks will surround Trump if he wins. And they are one of the reasons he will lose.
Mattie Timmer@MattieTimmer

Rotund angry Trump spokesman accuses opponent’s female campaign chair of infidelity and nobody bats an eye because it’s just one more drop of repugnance in the vile Niagara of Trumpism.

@thejackhopkins I hesitate to jump into this conspiracy debate; however, the bullet flies by his ear and he immediately reaches up with his right hand —when he pulls the hand away there is no blood. At that point he drops down

The moment I saw the Secret Service in Butler allow Trump stand up, and remain in the same place on the stage for long periods of time with his head and torso exposed, I knew both Trump and the Secret Service were in on this together. An event designed from within the Trump camp to temporarily fulfill his desperate ego and build momentum with his followers by painting himself as a victim. #ThePeopleWithThisStory #ReleaseTheStoryNow.

@ggabefootball This press about “he’s not holding players accountable” is baloney. None of us know what is going on behind closed doors in the locker room. I suspect players like Flus because he doesn’t hang them out to dry in public.

There are a lot of people who seem to be criticizing Waldron because he didn’t say “ I fucked up, I’m sorry, won’t happen again”. I’ve worked for some of the best coaches ever including Parcells and Belichick. They’d NEVER say what y’all want to hear. Get over it!!

@CHGO_Bears I’m spit balling, but is it possible that Flus holds players accountable in private and doesn’t bad mouth them to the press?

@JAYChi_Bears Moving from a bad team to championship caliber is a process. The best teams learn from games like last week. Let’s see if that applies to the Bears.

What are you giving trick or treaters this year? If nothing, just say nothing. If leaving a bucket and taking kids out, say what you are leaving in bucket along with the note. Me, I am giving loose pennies and raisins.

These Bulls…There’s a special kind of thrill in watching a young team surprise everyone—they bring energy, resilience, and raw talent that often outpaces expectations. Every game is a new chapter, a fresh opportunity to witness potential turning into something unstoppable.

@cwharris773 My brother bought a house and the old woman kept saying “there’s money hidden”. The children thought she had dementia. Five years later my brother found $10K behind a wall when he was doing demo. He returned every penny to the family. Good man, Tom.

His price tag doesn’t mean he will be a good HC reality is very few “hot guys” become a top HC. Robert Saleh was “supposed” to be a great Head Coach. Nagy was THE guy when he was hired. It’s getting the right guy, not the suppossed top guy. Andy Reid was never a Coordinator
Greg Braggs Jr.@GBraggsJr23

I think Bears fans need to caution themselves about obsessing over Ben Johnson. I understand why you would but the reality is, the Bears are unlikely to pay his price tag. Youre setting yourself up for disappointment if you think the Bears will pay him. Think Ohtani to the Cubs
