I agree with you but I think the narrative is slightly over exaggerated. This offseason alone he cut Decker and Paschal. He also Traded Monty He let several of “His Guys” walk in FA like Anzalone, Raymond, Reader, Amik, Glasgow, the list goes on

@DetroitOnLion I think this is the problem. BH falls in love with his players and loses sight of the Moneyball aspect of sports. You have to find value. Instead we’re left with a two tiered team. A handful of studs surrounded by journeymen on one year contracts.
