@united how about you make sure to reprint TSE Pre status when rebooking people. The WORST airline...right in line with @AirCanada. Avoid at all cost. Worst delays, worst cancelations, worst customer service. How you are ranked 4th in the US blows my mind.

@united quick question. If I purchased my seats already and I wanted to upgrade to different seats which cost more. Shouldn’t I just have to pay the difference instead of the full amount of the new seats?

@united @jacksonpbn 3 United Flights in 6 months...all of them delayed significantly. I'm talking over 30 min. Fly Delta every month...not once delayed. Riddle me that.

@united Your incessant delay of flights is bad business. Yes, you keep passengers informed about this but it’s bad that it is becoming a trademark. You have delayed your flight UA16 for more than an hour after changing gates twice and inconveniencing already tired passengers!

While I still believe @united is absolute garbage, especially their call centers when experiencing delays and cancellation, I sure hope they treat local airline workers appropriately at @FlyMontrose. They saved the day.

How is @united still in business with a sub-par customer service? Not only did they cancel my flight without rebooking me, they hung up on me without answering my call after I waited on the line for 30 min!! Worst airline ever!
