@ATT I’m taking my business acc with all my 6 lines and going back to Verizon to my existing business acc there. I’m never coming back to Att. This has cost me more money than a single iPhone.

@ATT and paying for it it’s blocked again with me on the road. So what I’m going to do next is to buy a new phone $1300 expense because of Att fault and almost a months without service and two plus weeks of missed work.

@ATT I bough it on an Att store close to my home. I have all the paperwork and receipts of purchase from Att. All of your departments touch this case they even gave me two different case numbers fixing the problem and now almost a month later without service on my phone

@ATT the problem was fixed and now it’s blocked again and I’m out of state working with no phone. A brief explanation after Att and ver where blaming each other. Att came to the conclusion they where the ones with the mixed up after they did a trace back of the phone till the day

@ATT Went back to ATT store, then back to ver then back to ATT … for 3 plus weeks day by day trying to get this solved before I went back to work outside the state where I do all my business. Now I left to work because the phone has been working for the last week or so and I though

@ATT When it got blocked the first time ATT blamed ver for putting it on the list. I went to ver store they check and they said it wasn’t them it was ATT who got it on the list.

@ATT I always leave a line just in case there’s any issues. Now since I made the transfer my main phone for some reason got put into a block list as missing or stolen and I have been fighting to get it out till today that got again after being working for the last week or so.

@ATT After 20+ years of being a customer I’m sad to say that I’m going back to Verizon. I made a transfer on march 6 2025 from Verizon back to ATT with a business account and 7 lines minus one line that I left on Verizon plus one that I had on ATT from before I went to Verizon cause
