Is this not what I said? ODM is ON and OFF with President Ruto, NOT for the growth of the party, but the benefit of a few individual leaders within ODM. How do you demand that UDA treat you as a serious partner when you have 4 factions in ODM? UDA removed its SG Malala and Deputy President Gachagua when they showed the first signs of disobedience. 6 months since Baba died, Oburu is still struggling to control ODM. How do you demand to be taken seriously when you are not even serious with yourselves? This is simply extortion. ODM leaders MUST listen to party members who feel sidelined, and the party leadership is not attentive to what is happening within its structures. Don't blame UDA and President Ruto for anything. Today, I raised serious concerns regarding the acute shortage of teachers in rural schools and called upon the Ministry of Education to urgently address this imbalance through equitable staff distribution Speaking while at St. Francis Kolongolo Girls Secondary School in Kwanza Constituency, I emphasized that the current shortage is unjustified particularly in light of the 100,000 teachers already employed and the additional 20,000 more set to be recruited. I noted that although President Dr. William Ruto’s administration had improved the teacher-to-learner ratio significantly, it was unacceptable for Kolongolo Secondary and other rural schools to have a shortage of up to 28 teachers. I further urged Education CS Dr. Julius Ogambo to ensure that teacher deployment is guided by fairness and need rather than personal preferences for urban postings. Additionally I called upon the local leaders to refrain from engaging in divisive politics and instead work towards fostering unity within the county, a region that exemplifies the nation’s rich diverse and cosmopolitan nature.
