@ADT Once again you suck. Last month we cancelled and you still charged us. We called back multiple times to cancel again, you confirmed the cancelation and we wake up this morning to another charge. That is illegal. Cant charge someone without permission.

@ADT You're customer service and cancellation process is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. We've called now 6 times, each time being transfered multiple times before someone telling us the account "has been cancelled" to us only receiving another invoice. WHAT A SCAM. TERRIBLE COMPANY.
@ADT I literally have zero faith in your team actually canceling our service. It's not the long wait times either, it's your process for canceling. Make is simple ya ding dongs. Why do I have to be transfered to 3+ different people to cancel?? Dumb.
