@TPPTomH What about updating ‘QOF clusters’ as they arent just for QOF anymore plus the icon which makes codes look like they are QOF codes when they might not be - keep the QOF icon for codes that are but another icon for others?

@DrHannahMorgan Firstly depends if registered practice is TPP or EMIS. If EMIS you might see in medication but if not you need either detailed coded or full record access turned on which will involve practice switching on individually so will need to contact practice......
