@SkyHelpTeam I’ve reset 3 times the middle light is off

@paul_fcabc It should provide you steps to fix that with the router. If not reset your Sky hub by holding in the reset button and release again or power off and back on. Once the hub has powered back up and all the lights are on try the test again. ^GM

A month of 8mb ‘Superfast’ broadband from @SkyUK , 12 calls since last week and now no internet at all. Working from home is great

@SkyHelpTeam It won’t detect my router so the test won’t be performed

@SkyHelpTeam My equipment is 3 weeks old. I’ve had 2 engineers out the last one working on the telephone mast. The issue isn’t mine.

@SkyHelpTeam It’s not, I’ve disconnected everything and used the main socket. The help pages aren’t relevant I need to book an engineer

@SkyUK no broadband and 2 people working from home. Told not to ring unless vulnerable. Phoned this morning and offices are closed ?? No facility for a call back. Guess another day of no connection??
