@mattygoodwin Warmups are more psychological I think. There is obviously a physical element to them… but at that level, in the main, they are about mental preparation I would suggest. Just my opinion, of course.

Just a personal musing where I’d be interest to hear form any sports scientists (@pbower10 I’m asking you 🤣)…
Are warm-ups pointless if you then stand around, shaking hands, then singing for 15/20 minutes? Are there any studies on this?
