Imagine paying for a plane ticket to get to your destination. After a few delays and waiting in the waiting area for hours, the airline calls on the speaker for you to board.
Instead of hopping onto a plane, they load you into an airline owned bus and physically drive you to your location instead of the short trip onto a plane.
Your travel time is doubled and or tripled and they don’t even have refreshments. Would you demand your money back because this isn’t what you paid for?
