@SkyHelpTeam We spoke to them today who said someone would be here between 4-8 and we arranged for someone to be in the house then asked for pictures of the snapped cable. Once this was sent changed appointment again to next Monday now so another week unacceptable

@SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk 3 canceled engineer appointments in the last week and when one did show up they did nothing at all we’ve told you on the phone multiple times it’s a snapped wire caused by a broken tree branch that’s caused our issues but we’ve been palmed off several times
