It's been 365 days since I went all in on my business, and I've gained new friends on X... So I think it's time for a re-introduction. Fresh out of of college, I was working on big-budget productions in LA. Over the next few years, I tried everything: · Co-founder of a matcha company · Worked 2 jobs in education · Wrote 350+ articles online · Freelance photography Then in 2021, I landed at an 8-figure startup and became a marketing manager. That's where everything clicked. I learned the ins and outs of ads, sales funnels, and YouTube videos that actually sell info products. Not just "content." Videos that convert viewers into customers. Then, in August 2024: → I left to be a "glorified freelancer" with 2 contracts → Took as many sales calls as I could → Landed 4 video coaching clients But there was one glaring problem... None of my coaching clients were recurring. If I wanted to make good, consistent money, I needed to change my approach: → So I pivoted to the recurring agency model → Built systems for client acquisition → Delegated editing & design Now, Videos To Leads is the white-glove solution for coaches and agencies using YouTube to book sales calls... And they just film for 2 hours per month. Fast forward to today... I've learned more about marketing, sales, fulfillment, and myself (if I'm being honest) than I have the last 5 years. It's thanks to taking a leap of faith and creating opportunity for myself day in and day out. The lesson? Your "random" background isn't holding you back. It's your competitive advantage. And if you've followed in the last year, introduce yourself below so we can connect for real. Thanks for following the journey.

You start a YouTube channel. Post some videos. Then quit. I see this all the time. It's not because you hate filming. Your entire YouTube system is broken. Here's how to fix it: youtu.be/KWFjZ-Fhzsg

Quick Copywriting Tip Make sure your readers can relate to your copy: • National debt is $39 trillion dollars. Is too large and abstract to have any real meaning for most people. But: • You owe $357,069. Is a figure they can understand and relate to.

The dumb-simple content strategy no one’s using: For some reason, most people treat content creation like it’s heart surgery. Way too complicated. Way too slow. And impossible to scale. What's the hardest part of content? Going from 0 to 1. Week after week. Staring at the blinking cursor like it owes you money. Here’s what most businesses don’t realize: you’re already sitting on a mountain of content… You just don’t have a system to capture it. Here’s the secret sauce: Every single… – meeting – sales call – client convo ...is a live, unfiltered content machine. And it’s already running. Right now. Pouring out real-world, high-value insights that your audience actually wants to hear. If you’re not recording your calls, start asap. If you’re already recording… Then you’re already halfway to content wizardry. Here’s how to turn your calls into a firehose of weekly content: 1. Once a week, pick a few juicy calls (client calls are my go-to) 2. Copy the full transcript 3. Paste this into your AI of choice: I help [target market] achieve [result]. Here is the transcript of a call I had with a client – give me 10–30 high-engaging tweets and 10 longform LinkedIn posts I could use (no emojis): [Insert transcript here] Drop the content into your scheduler or calendar. BONUS: Repurpose the long stuff in your newsletter. That’s it. No more “what should I post?” headaches. This system gives you endless content, and you can offload the whole thing to a team member.

Whenever I lose a deal - I go back and read the entire conversation. Every message. Every email. Every call note. The answer is always there. I pitched too early I talked too much I didn't qualify I don't blame the prospect. I fix the process. That's how you can keep getting better. Don't blame the lead. Blame your system.

Mental masturbation. When you tell other people your plans so you get approval and validation. But only do so to get dopamine. That then makes you less likely to do the task because you’ve already gotten rewarded from it. Better to stay quiet, do the task, then get dopamine.

I have this video that has 3,300+ views after 5 months. It was at 1,000 last month. YouTube is slept on.

Imagine getting on a sales call and the prospect already knows your process, trusts your expertise, and just wants to know next steps. If you're not on YouTube in 2026, you're asleep.

The highest ROI move for most service businesses right now isn't better ads. It's a second lead source that compounds.

Turn on a second lead switch. X isn't enough anymore. LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, ads won't cut it alone. You want one place people can search you up, and one where they find you on the scroll.

The goal is to hijack your ICP's feed. So no matter what app they open, you're there spitting free game at them. You want to be as top-of-mind as possible.

Your first 3 hours defines your day. I literally block my apps, walk the dog, make my coffee and rip the highest priorities. Everything else is easy after that.
