Then keep the athlete informed of the process & why they might be in that particular bucket/group Not everyone is as keen on speed as us, so dumb down the message & use analogies to get the key points across better This should then give them a targeted area of work to focus on

What decisions go into speed profiling? How can you split guys into buckets to better individualise their training prescription? I would say the best way is to be informed by both your coaching 👁 & what the 📊 says Hit the basics but have groups with key areas of focus

I can’t believe coaches buy machines. Give me 20 bench’s, 20 sets of Powerblocks, 20 18” boxes and we can train a team of 60 at once. Machines don’t make business sense. They cost too much money,take up too much space and do 1 thing. And then there’s the function argument.
