What I’m curious about is why Saturn (Chronos) was regarded in such a way that a planet was named after him as opposed to another one of the gods.

@privacygoodd @EliasHasle @mattfagundes @MissAlly_01 Maybe I’m understanding you incorrectly, but the planets are exclusively named after Roman gods, all of them iirc. Chronos is Greek not Roman, or Latin. Saturn is the equivalent of chronos.

There is 0 good reason for cards like this to exist in any modern format of YGO. Floodgates are oppressive, reductive, non-interactive, skill-less blights upon the game, and it blows my mind that they are still legal for some God forsaken reason.
