@elonmusk End the party system. No more parties. Run on your values and what actual actions you are committed to making on behalf of the people in your jurisdiction. Keep online, public records on every bill, every vote and every dollar spent. Let us see it all and vote out the dead weight

@figuregpt @ZssBecker He doesn’t like when people say “bro”. Check his recent posts.

Stone cold: This is one of the greatest opportunities in crypto history. Here is why.
This is the lowest interest in crypto alts in the last decade. Most are near bear lows.
While governments, all banks, institutions, and every major transaction business go all in on DeFi.
These low prices, combined with the massive wave of demand-pressure supply shock that is about to come, are going to trigger the most outrageous overvaluations on crypto alts we've ever seen.
Crypto is absolutely DEAD to the main stream and more money is sidelined in melting dollars than ever before.
This is the equivalent to the waves pulling back on the beach before a giant Tsunami hits. The bigger the pull back, the bigger the wave...and this pull back is record breaking.
Yet even with this, Bitcoin/ETH keep grinding up into bad news. This is because every major player knows and accumulating as much as they can silently without triggering mass fomo.
ETH will hit a supply shock soon, and DeFi coins will go nuts as the above players rush to accumulate.
The big player will BLARE this on the news/tell the masses to get in.
Retail will FOMO back in harder than ever before.
They will all wonder, "what's next?"
They will land on alts. These prices will straight up 10x–20x, making people exposed to low/mid-cap alts stupid wealthy overnight.
You just have to read the writing on the wall. This game is already over. We've won.
The action/bomb that will trigger this has already gone off... we're just waiting for the shockwave that is inevitable and on its way.
You will never see a set up like this again.

@elonmusk Don’t delete incorrect information. Instead, categorize it as such and include evidence as to why it is incorrect. Future generations will thank you for saving them time. Deleting our errors doesn’t help us learn from them. 👍🏼

@1972RanPar Tough love is the only way to keep her alive at this point. She’s reckless to the point of possibly killing herself and others.

@fmfclips I seem to get really bad headaches when I have a little caffeine and then don’t. Do certain brains reject caffeine and what can those people do to better protect their brains?

@MrBeast Sue them. Libel and defamation of character.

When pages spread straight up lies like this with 0 proof (the wells are still operational) should I sue them? I’m so over people tearing down my name for some clout. It’s so fucken annoying
I,Hypocrite@lporiginalg
The African wells built by Mr. Beast have not been maintained and are no longer operating.

@ThrillaRilla369 We got kicked out of the house after church and chores on the weekend and were expected back at 5pm to help get ready for supper. We had a loose “you can go as far as “ away line but it was blocks in size. We were never alone. Always a bunch of kids around too

Daily supplementation with 2,000 IU of vitamin D slows the rate of telomere shortening, preserving telomere length equivalent to delaying ~3 years of biological aging over four years.
Telomeres are protective DNA sequences that cap the ends of chromosomes and are critical for preventing genomic instability. Their shortening is closely linked to aging and an increased susceptibility to chronic diseases.
Mechanistically, vitamin D may exert these anti-aging effects by increasing telomerase activity, reducing DNA damage, and modulating inflammatory pathways via vitamin D receptor–dependent mechanisms.
The VITAL Telomere sub-study was a rigorous, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial that assessed telomere length in leukocytes from 1,054 adults aged 50 years and older over a 4-year period.
Maintaining serum vitamin D levels of 40–60 ng/mL through daily supplementation is a reliable, evidence-based strategy to slow telomere shortening and potentially delay biological aging.

@prime_sapiens Smoking killed their appetite too so they didn’t consume nearly as many calories as we do today.

@elonmusk Does the blue check mark protect us from these bots? Any examples of bots with checkmarks? I don’t post much so I never saw the need to pay for X, but maybe now 🤔

@thornehealth can you help me know the difference between real and fake Thorne products on Amazon? I buy your brand all the time but now I’m scared I’m getting dangerous fakes b/c of product commingling.

@alyssakrejmas You bring something. Period. And taking what you brought back is rude as hell

@moveorperish @hubermanlab Love the balance one! This is an important metric to track too
English

@hubermanlab I'll recommend these:
1. Standing on 1 Leg for a minute, both sides
2. Jump your Body Length
3. Carry a person of your weight
4. Sprint 100m in below 18 secs
5. 3 min. of Shadowboxing
6. Overcoming an obstacle at chest height
English

@Michael_Easter @hubermanlab I like giving people a time and seeing how far/fast they go vs giving them a distance to hit. You are correct about pull ups but maybe they are part of the standards for certain age groups and not for others
English

@hubermanlab For the general population, you could probably capture a lot with:
12-min run/walk for distance.
Get-up (mobility, strength)
Farmer walk (tests ability to pick up something from ground, movement under load, grip)
I’d like to add a pullup—but most people can’t do them!
English

Cooper institute standardized a lot already.
1) 1.5 mile run
2) Agility drills (3 cone drill, 4 corner drill, triangle drill…for time)
3) Pushups
4) Pull ups
5) Dips
6) Sit-ups/Plank (<40yrs of age, plank >40)
7) Contra-lateral holds (hands and knees..right hand left leg out, reps or hold for time)
8) Broad or vertical jump
9) Seated med ball chest pass….for distance
10) Balance drill (contra lateral straight leg toe touches, take your pick of DUI tests, etc.)
11) Dynamometer or bar hang
And the list goes on……..
English

@MetabolicUncle @hubermanlab I like the idea of different standards for different age groups. This used to just be for school aged kids but adults should have minimum standards too. Let’s define healthy at different ages and set the bar!
English

@hubermanlab Looks more like a bro test to me... including most of the recommendations in the comments. A national fitness test should assess the fitness of the general population. There’s no need to test the people who are already training.
