@QuickBooks Received your notification that I will no longer be able to process my payroll taxes manually if I want to continue using your software. I take our financial security & control very seriously. Granting a third-party platform continuous access to my primary business bank account raises SIGNIFICANT concerns for me. Let me name just a few: Data security and privacy risk, no longer having control over tax payments and cash flow timing,etc. Financial withdrawals SHOULD REMAIN A VOLUNTARY BUSINESS DECISION. I am confident this “change” in procedure is not at all for my benefit as you stated, “helping reduce effort and support compliance” We have getting along fine for years. What specific safeguards and liability protections exist for customers should unauthorized transactions or data breaches occur? Because if and when that happens, are you prepared to handle it?

@QuickBooks I got notification that Quickbooks will be automatically filing my payroll taxes and I cannot handle them manually anymore. And you are doing it Mid-Year. Your automations have created issues numerous times. I WILL leave if you do not fix this!

Hey @QuickBooks, I'm a student at Canadian All Care College. I used a trial for a 1-month assignment, and was just charged $124.30. I was told by support I'd get a refund, but Case #15155399689 was just denied. This is my entire monthly budget. Can you help?

@QuickBooks All you have to do is: 1) Let us opt out of the constant barrage of marketing. 2) Have a fair price for products. $400/year for basic QB is criminal. TT should be like $50 total and then maybe $25 per year to update. 3) Have some semblance of customer service. Y’all a scam.

It appears my Quickbooks Online account has been hacked. After almost 2 hours on the phone support, Intuit folks can verify me, but GreenDot are not able to verify me. Now they are closed. HATE for QBO @QuickBooks @QBCares

@QuickBooks Dear Quickbooks. I got notification today that Quickbooks will be automatically filing my payroll taxes and I cannot handle them manually anymore. That is unacceptable. I will be moving all aspects of my business accounting away from Quickbooks.
