Hi @QuickBooksUK @QuickBooks @Intuit Can someone explain how it’s acceptable to hold over £6,000 of customer card payments for more than a month? Payments have been successfully taken from my customers, yet none of the funds have been released.

@QuickBooks @QBCares I pay for Quickbooks Advanced and have priority circle premium support. They keep shuffling me around to different agents and they are now telling me they won’t help me unless I pay them $19.20. I have a journal entry problem and 39 minutes in, I had to hang up. This is a disgrace!!!

I've been logged into @QuickBooks for about 10 seconds and have already had to dismiss 3 "pop-up" offers to upgrade to Advanced. This and the price increases are getting out of hand. Anyone else approaching their tolerance threshhold with QB?

@QuickBooks how do you not have a department dedicated to fraud and security?! Why is it impossible to get a human on the phone? My QB account has been compromised and bank account along with it, yet all I get is “we have a promotion, are you interested?” Awful company.

🚨 @QuickBooks WARNING to all business owners: DO NOT accept QuickBooks Payments. A customer paid me $8,902.40 — cleared my bank — reversed the next day ("account not found"). Another $4,000 still pending. QuickBooks took ZERO responsibility. You are NOT protected. #Businessscam

@QuickBooks @QBcares Hello! I’m really frustrated that invoices aren’t being saved in the way I organize them. If I print, or send an invoice to someone else for the month, it isn’t organized by date order. It’s organized by the input date. It’s so annoying and embarrassing to send to customers😭
