@MeshnetCapital I know perfectly well whether I've lost everything or not, but I know you've lost everything, all your money, and there's no way any woman would ever choose a penniless wretch like you. And someone like you will never succeed in life. I don't want to curse, but you're forcing me.

I've lost over 10 million USD on ADA, and I haven't complained at all. I don't understand why those people keep complaining about losing a little money. If you're afraid of losing, then don't play in this industry. Seeing these people every day is really annoying.

The only proposal that got hundreds of thousands of views, news articles and made tons of waves; the only proposal by an enterprise larger than the 3 founding entities together; the only proposal that had an actually detailed 150+ pages deck. But oh well. Governance I guess.

Tech is good. But Cardano needs users. We need marketing. One of the biggest, most prestigious award winning marketing agency groups in the world has created a 56-page proposal for how to position & market Cardano. Normally they work for companies like Uber, Coca Cola, BMW, Lufthansa, and so on. This is a unique chance for Cardano. Let's not waste it.

Ken Cao-The China Crash Chronicle
Ken Cao-The China Crash Chronicle@KenCao_onChina·
Beijing has now downgraded Russia’s diplomatic priority and elevated the United States to the highest level of priority. Last week, when President Trump visited, Beijing sent Vice President Han Zheng to receive him. This time, for President Putin’s visit, Beijing sent Foreign Minister Wang Yi. The difference is important. Han Zheng holds a “national-level” rank, while Wang Yi holds a “vice-national-level” rank. Clearly, Beijing is signaling that its diplomatic priority toward the United States is now higher than toward Russia. This downgrade of Russia’s priority was obviously intentional. Beijing could easily have sent Han Zheng again to receive Putin if it wanted to. If Beijing had done that, it would have implied that China viewed Russia and the United States as equally important, giving both leaders the same level of treatment and attention. But for Trump, if Xi Jinping treated Putin with the exact same level of ceremony and prestige, Trump would not feel that he had received special treatment. Now, by giving Putin a slightly lower level of reception than Trump, Xi makes Trump feel he received the highest-level treatment possible. At the same time, Beijing is sending an important signal to Washington: China now values its relationship with the United States more than its relationship with Russia. In other words, Beijing has elevated U.S.-China relations to the highest strategic priority, even if it means sacrificing part of its relationship with Russia in order to stabilize ties with America. But by doing this, Beijing inevitably risks offending Russia, because from Moscow’s perspective, this looks like a form of betrayal. Although Russia may not have the economic power to punish China the way the United States can, Putin still holds one very powerful card: the “America card.” Right now, America’s primary strategic threat is China, not Russia. That is why after taking office, President Trump sought to pursue a “reverse Nixon strategy” of aligning with Russia to counter China, just as Nixon once aligned with China to counter the Soviet Union. The United States has long extended an olive branch to Russia in hopes of jointly balancing against China, but Putin has so far refused to accept it. However, if Xi Jinping angers Putin and seriously damages China-Russia relations, and if Putin eventually accepts America’s offer to work together against China, Xi would be caught completely off guard. This shows that Trump’s visit to Beijing may indeed have had a meaningful effect in driving a wedge between China and Russia. The so-called China-Russia friendship may be starting to crack apart.

Trump Didn’t Bow to Xi. He Set a Geopolitical Trap and Putin’s Emergency Beijing Visit Reveals Trump’s Real China Strategy. Trump’s Beijing visit was never about “friendship” with Xi Jinping. It was about cold-blooded geopolitical strategy. In this video, I break down why Washington’s biggest fear is not China or Russia individually, but a fully united China-Russia alliance against the United States. I explain why Putin’s rushed Beijing trip right after the Trump-Xi summit may reveal deep distrust beneath the surface of the so-called “unlimited partnership” between Moscow and Beijing. We also examine the most important moment of the summit: Xi Jinping pressuring Trump on Taiwan and Trump responding with strategic silence that may have psychologically outmaneuvered Beijing. Finally, I explain why Taiwan is already independent in every meaningful sense of the word and why a Chinese invasion would likely become an economic and geopolitical disaster for Beijing.

Does anyone seriously believe Trump would hand Taiwan to Beijing merely in exchange for a few Boeing aircraft orders or soybean purchases? That is absurd. Taiwan is not only the core of the global semiconductor supply chain. It is also a critical node in the First Island Chain of the Indo-Pacific. Control over Taiwan means influence over the strategic choke point of the Western Pacific. If America abandoned Taiwan, it would lose a crucial strategic check against China, jeopardize high-tech supply chain security, and undermine the trust of its allies. Any competent businessman can calculate that clearly. CCP-affiliated media endlessly claim Trump will “sell Taiwan,” yet they never explain what political benefits Trump himself would gain. Would his approval ratings rise? Obviously not. Mainstream American public opinion strongly supports Taiwan, and Republican voters increasingly view China as America’s primary strategic rival. Abandoning Taiwan would only make Trump appear weak and unpatriotic, damaging rather than helping him politically. Likewise, selling out Taiwan would provide no strategic benefit to the United States. If Beijing absorbed Taiwan, China’s power would expand dramatically, posing an unprecedented challenge to American dominance in the Indo-Pacific. The South China Sea, East China Sea, and Taiwan Strait would effectively become a connected strategic theater under growing Chinese influence. America’s alliance system would be shaken. Japan, South Korea, and the Philippines would begin fundamentally questioning U.S. credibility. That would not be a “deal.” It would be strategic suicide. If neither Trump nor the United States benefits from abandoning Taiwan and only suffers losses, then why would Trump do it? The answer is simple: he has neither the motive nor the intention to do so. The remarks distorted by the media were simply part of Trump’s usual transactional diplomatic style, demanding allies share costs and emphasizing fair trade. That has absolutely nothing to do with abandoning Taiwan.

🚨LATEST:🇨🇳Xi Jinping privately told Trump that Putin might "regret" invading Ukraine, per FT. The Chinese President said that Russia has "lost a lot" and is now "stuck." Hours later, Xi told Russia's Lavrov that stable China/Russia ties are "valuable." Xi is playing peacemaker in public, while backing Moscow privately.

This is not strategic ambiguity. It is strategic capitulation dressed up as realism. Beijing will update on this. They may conclude that the U.S. will not respond to an invasion of Taiwan, even though we very well might, because the U.S. cannot allow China to control the first island chain and a strategic semiconductor hub. That is how deterrence fails: not because one side wanted war, but because one side misread the other’s threshold.

Trump on Taiwan: When you look at the odds, China is very, very powerful, big country. That's a very small island. Think of it, it's 59 miles away. We're 9500 miles away. That's a little bit of a difficult problem. Taiwan was developed because we had presidents that didn't know what the hell they were doing. They stole our chip industry.

@TheOCcryptobro @IagonOfficial @RickMcCracken I agree, I think with the freedom of social media we just hit the post button, but if it were face to face with Charles and the dReps he might've worded this in a better way. If I'm representing a company on social media, I'd be a bit mindful. Both handled it bad.

No a drop from 600 to 100 is not a 600% savings. It is 83.33% savings 500/600 X 100%. The dumbest adminstration of all time and they celebrate him like a cult. And for the record, both Biden and Trump are lousy. Geriatrics running the country.
