The requirement to lock tokens for a year reduces the circulating supply, which can potentially increase the token's value. 8. Risk Management: The program serves as a form of risk management for the Asic issuer. If a participant attempts to keep or steal the miner without returning it, the issuer holds the equivalent value in GEM tokens as collateral. This initiative can increase the demand for GEM tokens, as it provides a new use case and potential return on investment through mining. However, it's important for potential participants to consider the risks involved, such as changes in mining profitability, miner obsolescence, and the performance of the Kaspa network. Additionally, they should ensure they are capable of bearing the costs and responsibilities of miner operation during the lock-up period. This initiative will payoff private investor and begin hashing for the Burn Contract, increasing GEM Token price. The more GreenMiner's (you) hashing, the stronger the token price increases.
