My refund of QAR 4300 for a cancelled booking (Journey: 17 Mar) is pending for 50+ days with no clear update despite multiple emails.
Booking is incorrectly marked as “Completed” though I did not travel.

@Wego The airline has already informed me that their sales team has advised the travel agency regarding the refund process.
However, I am still receiving only “processing” responses from your side for the past 50 days without any clear resolution.
@Wego@airindia Still no clarity on why my refund is delayed or if @airindia has even processed it. @Wego says 'waiting for airline,' but Air India says 'contact your agent.' This circular response is unacceptable.
@reseeth We understand how frustrating this must be. Refunds depend on the airline’s processing, and in some cases can take up to 90 days. “Completed” may reflect the booking status, not travel. Your case will be reviewed and followed up with the concerned team for an update.

Since the booking was cancelled on 17 March and it has already been over 50+ days, kindly provide:
1. Current refund status from Air India
2. Refund reference number (RRN) if processed
3.Exact date of last follow-up with the airline
