I woke up to this. Opus 4.6 and Gemini 3.1 worked overnight, this time completely autonomously, and made this music video. No direction, guidance or feedback was given. The song is The Thaw by Opus 4.5 and @repligate.

Wow. Swept the top 8, 6-0 to win Eternal Weekend! Feels really good to do well at a paper mtg event, it's definitely a different game compared to online. The European legacy/vintage community has been amazing to hang around, lots of great people.

@JUJUBEAN__2004 @wizards_magic So frustrating that @wizards_magic has not responded to our requests to talk to someone about this situation. We've sent multiple emails and they just ignored us so far. It's been over a week.

I, along with many others in the mtgo, community were under the impression that you could participate in the set championship as long as you were 18 years of age on the day of the event. This would've been the case for me, however @wizards_magic denied my invite in a 2nd email.

@LJakobovits This is luca's dad here. I knew the rule and allowed Luca to play anyhow, so the fault lies with me. CFB just informed me that the age rule is due to "broad legal constraints" about online tournaments. Anyhow, I think he'll make a PT one of these days. He has lots of time :)

Last week, I made top 8 of the magicfest online weekly championship. My prizes included $500 and an invitation to the pro-tour. Today, i was contacted by CFB, and told that because I was not 16 years of age (i am 14), I would not recieve my $500 or the invite. I am devastated.

@Em_TeeGee My son Luca (14) played in last week's online championship. He beat one of his heros, world champ Strasky, to reach top 8!! It's been a dream of his to top-8 a gp ever since he was 6. But CFB just informed us that they are voiding his prizes, including his pro tour invite. ☹️

Considering our reigning world champion was playing Pro REL events while he was a teenager, it's disappointing to see these kinds of impassable barriers in place. Hopefully there can be some way to verify parental consent put in place, so comp Magic is available to everyone.

I just learned that MagicFest Online is closed to all below 16. I find this deeply disappointing, for a year now I've worked hard and played at the highest levels of Magic, and now that opportunity is taken away from me based purely on age. I hope that @CFBEvents can remedy this.
