A must listen... The challenges are: 1. Most parents would rather watch games than skill development oriented practices 2. Most coaches would rather coach games than run skill development oriented practices 3. Success is measured by wins not players developed to next level

PRACTICE TO GAME RATIO This is one of the things that is backwards in our country. Yes, you need to play. Yes, you can learn while playing…. But how many High School/College games do you see where players don’t know how to Space, Screen, Execute, Pass, Finish with Both Hands…. We spend our youth years trying to win games and tournaments instead of learning how to play. You can’t get that time back to build your foundation.
