I’m terribly disappointed that @Delta treated my advance questions about transit through AMS dismissively and dropped my call after four hours. I am a Platinum Medallion. Now I am not en route to my company’s client’s film premiere where I was supposed to be leading Q&A.

I was waiting on the phone with @Delta for 4 hours to resolve my situation tonight before their system just hung up on me. I am disappointed in my hometown company after I was supposed to be on a flight to Oslo tonight. I need them to contact me.

Couldn’t be more disappointed in @Delta for losing our luggage for two days and thus far failing to deliver it to us in Cancun for our close friends’ wedding. We know COVID-19 is tough but this has never happened with #Delta.
