Since at least the 1940s… every man who has ever clean shaven off a beard, has, on at least one occasion, carefully shaved a little square Adolf tache to fulfil a lingering and morbid curiosity of what it would be like to have one. Myself included.

@shorthandwitch I'm pretty sure that Teeline is "useless" in Portuguese or Spanish, as these Latin languages rely so heavily on vowels to make words meaningful. If they're stripped, not much remains of the word. This is why I was really keen to see the adaptations made in the 70's.

@shorthandwitch ... adapted (and taught) for use with Welsh, German, French and Spanish languages. I was able to locate the materials for Welsh and German, but no luck (so far) with FR and ES. I've updated the Wikipedia article with the foreign language adaptations - maybe it'll peek ...
